For people with reduced mobility
The entire Cité du Chocolat Valrhona is fully wheelchair accessible: the visitor trail and its upstairs dining area, as well as the shop adjacent to the Cité du Chocolat.
For visitors who tire easily, the building offers ample seating throughout. A wheelchair is available free of charge at reception (upon request). Loans are granted in exchange for identification. All borrowed equipment must remain within the premises.
Accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor and upstairs. An elevator provides access to the upper floor. The employees at the Cité du Chocolat are available to assist you with any needs you may have.
For people with visual impairments
The Cité du Chocolat offers a fun and engaging visit lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Free activities await you along the way, as well as about fifteen tastings. Access from the outside parking lot is facilitated by tactile paving strips leading to the Cité du Chocolat reception area. However, we recommend being accompanied on the tour.
