Duration : From 2 hours to 2 days depending on the chosen option

Audience : Adults and teenagers aged 16 and over.

Location : Valrhona Gourmet School – 1st floor of the Cité du Chocolat or Valrhona Chocolate School (Quai du Général de Gaulle) in Tain l’Hermitage. 

Meals : Included for one-day and longer courses.
